We made it to Paris!
...and lived to tell the tale! Yep ~ we packed up our crew over spring break for a modern-day, multi-generation trip to Paris! Y'all. I can't stop smiling thinking about this vacation. I've spent a lot of time in Paris, and it remains my favorite city in the world. But, let me just say, going with this group gave me 1,001 reasons to fall in love with Paris all over again.
This was a family vacation we will never forget.
PARIS FAMILY VACATION MUST:
EIFFEL TOWER PICS!
Our Flytographer also took us to a Paris *Secret Garden* where we got some fun pics (and maybe a few bloopers 😉 ).
Welcome to the Place des Vosges.
This Marais neighborhood park-meet-piazza was our family's stomping grounds while in Paris. Only a 5 minute walk from our luxe apartment rental was a playground surrounded by tranquil greens, cafes, and arcades. (For more on our fun at the Place des Vosges, check our Facebook page.)
NOTE // I am absolutely amazed how much space the Parisians dedicate to public enjoyment! Paris's parks, play areas, lawns, carousels, and walking/running/biking trails sure say a lot about their commitment to community and la joie de vivre. A common site at the Place des Vosges: moms and dads enjoying a glass of wine and tapas at a café while watching their kiddos (a few yards away) play football (soccer), run races, climb monkey bars, and--if they were lucky--play with a new American friend.
And now for a few more gratuitous pics of my child. Isn't she the cutest????
Á la prochaine, belle Paris!
